Through Vital Group contact Edmundson Electrical, VPG EV Solutions was selected to install an electric vehicle charging hub for the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) at their Blackpool depot.
NWAS specified the requirement for five charging bays with a charging speed of 50kW. After our engineering team carried out the initial site survey, our project management team recommended five single-port Kempower Station Chargers.
The Station Chargers feature Kempower’s patented cable management system which reduces wear and tear, and improves usability. The chargersare also equipped with an intuitive 7″ touchscreen display with QR codes for instant access to the charging session.
The scalable charger allows NWAS to increase charging power over time by installing additional 50kW power modules (up to 200kW for each charger).
