Site Survey & Design
Our business development team will determine your current and future charging requirements while our engineers carry out a site survey to create a bespoke and future-proof charging solution.
Installation & Commissioning
Overseen by our project management team, our OEM-approved engineers will install and commission your chargers, and connect them to our remote monitoring software Occulus.
Full Life Maintenance
Regular Over-The-Air (OTA) updates and on-site maintenance to OEM standards is the key to keep your chargers charging and vehicles moving.
Unrivalled Support
If an issue occurs, our networks team are immediately notified and will remotely access your charger to resolve the issue. If needed, we offer on-site response in as little as 4 hours.
Continuous Charger Monitoring with Occulus
Via the Occulus charge management portal, our Network Teams continuously monitor the status of your chargers and are notified directly of any issues. If an issue occurs, the team will immediately perform a remote diagnosis test to determine the cause of the fault with over 82% of issues being resolved within minutes via an Over-The-Air (OTA) update.
On-Site Attendance within 4 Hours
If a remote resolution is not possible, it is escalated to an on-site attendance. With a nationwide team of highly-skilled and fully-equipped engineers, we offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for on-site response as low as 4 hours while our centrally-located headquarters in Coventry is stocked with all of the critical spare spares; primed for immediate dispatch.
Flexible Service & Maintenance Contracts
Preventative maintenance of EV charging equipment is the key to maximising uptime and availability of your chargers. At our heart, VPG EV Solutions is a service organisation and our team understands the importance of service visits on extending the lifecycle of the products which we deploy.
In addition to the annual Service & Maintenance visits, our nationwide team of engineers will undertake interim inspections and minor service work in their specified regions to ensure the optimal performance of our customer’s chargers.
